Steven R. Point is a financial executive with over twenty-five years experience in asset management, management consulting, financial products and services marketing, Corporate Treasury and financial technology. He has over 15 years experience directly managing investments, endowments and foundations, and consulting to to investment banks, mortgage finance companies and state pension funds.
Steven has designed, developed and implemented analytic processes and portfolio management technology for investment selection, performance attribution, operational efficiency, and integrated portfolio management systems. A founding member of the Asset Securitization Group at the Financial Services Center of Deloitte & Touche, Steven has extensive experience with structured mortgage investments and derivatives. Steven holds a MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
